There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent health care professional.  While at the Health Administration Program in the School of Medicine at Washington University, St. Louis; we were always told by the Director to be "an island of excellence in a sea of mediocrity".  At first I thought that a bit arrogant, but later realized it was a noble and worthy goal.  As a result, I have always strived to achieve this no matter what or with whom I meet.  Challenges are nothing more than opportunities to achieve.
 
Since my retirement from over 35 years of health care management, I've redirected all that knowledge, compassion and skill set to real estate.  As a real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, are all hallmarks of how I work.  The 'island' might have changed, but my directive remains.
 
That said, in my experience as a Metropolitan ST. LOUIS real estate professional, I've found that providing the very best service is all about putting my clients first.  My whole career has been built on such individualized service.  This means I keep myself accessible, am a good listener as well as a good communicator, and respond quickly to all your needs.
 
It requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies applied to real estate are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. These technological advances also help me to greatly extend the range of services I provide and achieve desired results faster.
